I traveled to Monticello, Illinois to document Megan & Manfred’s wedding day at the Allerton Park Mansion. The rooms in the mansion were great for getting ready with gorgeous window light and the grand staircase was a perfect spot for Megan & Manfred’s first look.
The sunken garden was one of the most unique outdoor wedding ceremony spots I’ve photographed. Justin and I were able to find some really interesting places to make pictures from during the ceremony. The estate also provided plenty of great portrait locations. I’m glad we had a golf cart to get around everywhere, there’s so much space!
After toasts, Megan & Manfred wowed everyone with their waltzing and the band did a great job of keeping the party going all night!
