Jacqueline and Maxwell were were married at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Palos Hills with a Palos Country Club wedding reception.
The couple each got ready at DoubleTree Inn in Alsip. I started the morning with Jacqueline and her bridesmaids while Justin was with Maxwell and the groomsmen. It was a pretty big wedding party and we both had a lot of fun all morning.
Jacqueline and Maxwell chose not to see each other until she walked down the aisle during the Sacred Heart Catholic Church wedding ceremony. I loved all the different stained glass around the ceremony venue. There were some great moments during the ceremony and Father Richard Grön was a real treat. Jacqueline and Maxwell lifted their arms in celebration after the ceremony. After the formal family groups we headed to Worth Waterfalls for portraits with the wedding party.
The Waterfalls in Worth offered both great light and a variety of scenic backdrops for our portraits. We always appreciate being able to shoot during that “golden hour” on a wedding day because the timing doesn’t always work out so well. From there it was a short drive to the Palos Country Club wedding reception.
We heard some great toasts during dinner before it was time to move to the dance floor. After some very sweet first dances the rest of the guests joined Jacqueline and Maxwell and the wedding party on the dance floor. Everyone definitely was having a blast out there.
Justin and I really enjoyed our day with Jacqueline and Maxwell and the whole wedding party. Thanks again for letting us document your day!
