It’s rare that I get to shoot someplace in Chicago new, so I was excited when Jean & Jack suggested starting in Chicago’s Chinatown neighborhood at Ping Tom Memorial Park. I can’t believe I’d never been there before but as soon as I saw the view I knew I’d be going back.

We caught one of the last really beautiful fall days and had amazing light which always makes the difference!

After our walk through the park we headed downtown toward the Riverwalk area around LaSalle Street. I love the way the sun sets down the river in the fall and I think I made one of my favorite “sunset” photos in a long time.

Looking forward to Jean & Jack’s 2021 wedding!
