I met Haley and Chris in their neck of the (suburban) woods – downtown Lemont. It was great to chat about their wedding plans over beers at Pollyanna Brewing Company before getting started.
Just as we finished our drinks the cloud cover parted and we were welcomed with a beautiful blue sky. We toured a few of Lemont’s bridges over the Des Plaines River and even found a few interesting spots near the Haley and Chris’ downtown condo. We finished with a walk down Canal Street and climbed a pedestal for to include the iconic clock in the town square.
From there we headed East toward our second main location – the Lemont Heritage Quarries Recreation Area. I was delighted to find such a hidden gem and loved that we got a perfect fall sunset.
Can’t wait to ring in the New Year next month with these two at their Two Brothers Roundhouse Wedding!
