Katie and Aaron, like many couples, postponed their fall 2020 wedding plans to later this year. But that gave us time this summer for an engagement session here in downtown Chicago.

The weather started looked dicey all morning, but thankfully we stuck with the plan and the rain stayed away. We enjoyed a great afternoon and evening walking through some of Chicago’s best engagement locations like the Riverwalk, LaSalle Street Bridge, Lurie Garden and Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park.

Fun game: if you look close you’ll find at least three different kinds of birds that photobombed our session.

I’m already looking forward to heading to the East Coast for their wedding in Virginia later this fall!
