I met Allison and Bret in Lincoln Park at the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool to kick off their summer engagement session in Chicago. The Lily Pool is one of my favorite locations in the city, and surprisingly still a little under the radar.
From there we made the quick trip across Lake Shore to North Ave. Beach where they changed outfits. We took the walk all the way out on the concrete pier and caught a really great sunset. Most sessions might have ended there, but we continued downtown for another location – LaSalle Street Bridge. We arrived just in time to catch a little light left in the sky and Chicago was showing off it’s best colors!
Looking forward to seeing Allison and Bret again for their Adler Planetarium wedding in 2023!
