Ravenswood Event Center is a former billboard factory and warehouse turned loft-style event space, with huge open showroom on the ground floor and jaw-dropping top floor Atrium.

The top floor Atrium at Ravenswood Event Center features huge glass windows along the east and west facing walls. An arching wood ceiling with exposed steel trusses defines the space, rising to more than 30 feet at its tallest point. The Atrium can seat up to 200 for ceremonies, 100 for seated dinners and more than 150 for cocktail receptions.

One floor below, The Loft space features exposed brick and timber ceilings plus rough-hewn wood flooring to provide a warm, intimate atmosphere. The Loft can accommodate 180 guests for seated dinners and up 250 standing guests for cocktails.

Downstairs on the ground level, the Billboard Showroom has the most square footage with space to accommodate large weddings. The vaulted skylights and steel truss work provide a serious wow-factor. Vintage neon signs and a classic car collection along the outer walls make the space truly one-of-a-kind.

Rental costs for Ravenwood Event Center:
Atrium & Loft: $4,500 (Fridays & Sundays), $6,000 (Saturdays)
Showroom:$4,500 (Fridays & Sundays), $6,000 (Saturdays)
Atrium & Loft + Showroom: $6,500 (Fridays & Sundays), $8,500 (Saturdays)

Prices include 5 hours of event time (Fridays & Sundays) or 6 hours of event time (Saturdays). On-site Ceremonies can add an additional hour of event time (plus day-of coordinating and rehearsal) for $1,500. Holidays

Additional discounts may be available for weekdays, Jan. - Mar., 15 or for booking inside 90 days of event date.

Guests may park for free along Ravenswood Ave. There is also street parking throughout the North Center neighborhood.

Artifact Events is also located about one block Northeast of the Irving Park Brown Line Station.

Vendors can load in through the ground-level double doors at the back of Billboard Showroom.

Ravenswood Event Center is located in the historic Ravenswood manufacturing corridor so there's an industrial vibe. The alley immediately out the rear loading doors is a good spot for a few portraits, as is the deck located off the second floor loft level. If you access to the Showroom space, the neon signs can be a fun background element.

Welles Park is the closest park and the Lincoln Square shopping district is nearby.

If you're traveling up Lake Shore Drive from downtown Montrose Beach is a great option. Lincoln Park, including the Lily Pond and the Nature Boardwalk are also along the way.
